 Kelly Tudor
President

Kelly Tudor has more than 10 years experience in recruiting, management and customer relations.

She is currently working at KentuckyOne Health as the Manager of Business Development for Workplace Care covering the Central Kentucky region. 

She has a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University.

Kelly currently resides in Lexington with her husband and two children. She enjoys working out, traveling, spending time with her family at the lake and watching her kids play sports.


Johnnie Williams, PHR

President-Elect

Johnnie started her HR career in banking in 1979. She held several positions in that industry until 1996 when she moved into an employee benefits role with the Fayette County Board of Education Insurance Department. She began working at Bluegrass Family Health in 1999 and has been an HR Generalist since 2005.

She has been a member of Bluegrass SHRM for 8 years and an active member of the Diversity Committee for 7 years. Johnnie earned her PHR certification in June 2009 and is a National SHRM member.

In her spare time, Johnnie enjoys football, basketball and spending time with family and friends. She has one daughter.


Scott Hutchinson
Past President

Scott is currently the Director of Training with RMH Franchise Holdings, an Applebee's franchisee based in Lexington, KY.  Prior to his 9 year tenure in Training and Development, Scott worked in restaurant operations in single and multi unit capacities. 

Scott is married and has two boys, a cat and a dog.  In his time off, Scott enjoys live music, sports and spending time with his family.


Angela Keene, PHR
Secretary/Business Manager

Angela has received a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University.   

 

Angela lived in Louisville for 19 years and worked for various companies from non-profits to start up technology firms. She spent several years in Marketing/ Communication and Training roles before moving into Human Resources. She has been a Consultant to major Universities and Fortune 300 and 500 companies on I-9 compliance, employment verifications, and electronic onboarding systems. While in Louisville she was a member of the Louisville Chapter of SHRM and served on the Communications Committee and maintained the job bank and LSHRM blog.  She moved to Lexington in 2014 to work for Eastern Kentucky University as an HR Consultant for the College of Arts and Sciences and the Marketing and Communications Department.

 

She is currently employed as a Human Resources Subject Matter Expert for the College of Pharmacy at the University of Kentucky. She has been a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since May 2012.

 

Angela currently resides in Lexington with her husband, Joe.


Lee Anne Mantz, PHR
Treasurer

Lee Anne is currently employed as a Human Resource Representtive at 3M in Cynthiana. Prior to this role, Lee Anne has spent the past 20 years in accounting, payroll and human resources at various companies including Hanna Resource Group, Creative Lodging Solutions, Lexmark and Adecco.

Lee Anne graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Midway College in 2009. She has been a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since June 2012.

Lee Anne is married to Russell, has three daughters, 5 grandchildren, and 2 cats. She has many interests; her family is number one, followed by her bible study group, movies, reading and traveling.


Jean-Paul Philippe
Diversity and Community Outreach Director


Jean-Paul is an experienced HR Consultant with a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.  He specializes in developing and implementing solutions to solve client’s talent management, selection, training, organizational development and performance issues.  His passion lies within helping organizations build and maintain an engaged and committed workforce.  

 

Jean-Paul’s current projects include: developing and implementing a performance management system, recruiting and selecting C and VP level candidates, restructuring an organization currently undergoing a merger and acquisition, and assisting in the development of multiple compensation structures.  

 

Jean-Paul is currently pursuing his Professional Certification in Human Resources and is an active member in both the Society for Human Resource Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. 




Leila O’Carra
Legislative Affairs Director

Leila O'Carra is a member of Wyatt Tarrant & Comb’s Labor & Employment Service Team.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment and commercial litigation.

She received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky and her B.S. (Biology) from Vanderbilt.  She is very active in a number of local associations and boards.   

Leila has interest in Biological Sciences, travel, learning to play golf, pure barre and cooking.


Alyssa Huddleston, PHR
Membership Director

Alyssa has over 10 years of Human Resource experience in hospitality and higher education including employment, training & development, and employee relations. She has been a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since June 2012. She currently works for the University of Kentucky as the Faculty & Human Resources Administrator for the College of Health Sciences.

Alyssa has lived in Lexington with her husband since 2009 and has twin boys who were born in 2011. They enjoy spending time camping, visiting family, and playing with their two dogs.


Paula Campbell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Co-Communications Director

Paula is a Human Resource Manager for Time Warner Cable’s Midwest South Region, providing HR leadership to their technical operations, technical support, engineering, construction, direct sales, and retail teams.


With more than 20 years of experience in the HR field, Paula has also served as Corporate Director of HR, Corporate Director of HR Information Systems and Plant HR Manager for Affinia Group Inc., HR Manager and Director of HRIS for Dana Corporation, as well as District HR Manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement. Paula served as both President and Vice-President of the Central Kentucky SHRM chapter. She served as a National Baldrige Quality Examiner, as a board member and judge for the Kentucky Quality Council, and as a Global Advisory Board member for the Dana Quality Council.

 

Paula holds a Master's of Business Administration from Walden University with a specialization in HR Management, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University with a specialization in HR Management. She has held her SPHR certification since 1996 and her SHRM-SCP since 2015.

Paula lives in Lexington and enjoys her time in the gym and supporting the University of Kentucky Wildcats.

 


Amanda Sutton
Co-Communications Director

Following her graduation from Purdue University in 2010, Amanda was employed by the Sterling Group, a property management services company in Mishawaka, Indiana. Amanda has held the positions of Recruiting Coordinator, Service Management Resource Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator. She relocated to Lexington in June of 2014 and is currently employed with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government as an HR Analyst for Classification/Compensation. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications/Human Relations from Purdue University, where she spent her time as a 4-year member of the Purduettes, Purdue Musical Organizations all-women’s chorale ensemble. Amanda is a National SHRM member and served as the College Relations Board Member for the Michiana SHRM Chapter, located in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Amanda lives in Lexington with her husband Kyle and loves running, reading, baking and her golden retriever!

Tim Hall, SPHR
Student Relations Director

Tim resides in Lexington with his wife Janice. He serves as the Director of Human Resources for Tetra Tech’s US Water, Environment and Infrastructure Group. He has worked at Tetra Tech for 18 years, preceded by 6 years at GlaxoSmithKline. In his tenure at both companies, he has been responsible for College Recruiting Programs. He also leads Tetra Tech’s college relations efforts with the fast growing community of Engineers Without Borders student chapters.

Having two daughters who recently graduated from college and a junior in high school, Tim has a special interest in student relations. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and his favorite activities include marathon/triathlon training and chaperoning for the Lafayette High School Band.


Beverly Clemons
Professional Development Director

Beverly Clemons has more than 20 years experience in Human Resources Consulting specializing in outplacement and career transition services, professional search and recruitment, employee climate and attitude surveys, behavioral assessments, hourly and salary compensation design and analysis, wage and benefits administration, and general human resource consulting. She has worked with many companies and clients in various industries including manufacturing, non-profit agencies, financial institutions, health-care providers, internet-related companies, and many others. In addition, Beverly is involved with a number of charitable causes and served on the Entrepreneurial Committee for the Governor’s Task Force on the Economic Development of Women in the state of Kentucky, and recently served on the Business Advisory Board for Midway College.


Tiffany Johnson, PHR
Best Places to Work & State Conference Promotions Director

Tiffany received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Midway College.  She manages Human Resources in the global thoroughbred and breeding organization, and has served four years on the Bluegrass Society for Human Resource Management board of directors.  

 

In her free time, she enjoys warm weather, outside activities and traveling. 



Leslie Moore
Co-Wellness Director

 

Leslie C. Moore is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky who moved to Lexington in 2003. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Masters degree in Psychology, Leslie has been in the recruiting field for 6 years. While working as an adjunct psychology professor for the Sullivan University system, Leslie began headhunting for a national recruiting company. Leslie is currently employed by Precision Staffing, Inc. – a locally owned, independent staffing and recruiting agency serving the Bluegrass Region for 35 years. As business development manager, Leslie applies her recruiting background and expertise in psychology to provide consultation, education, and recruiting services to business in the Central Kentucky region.

 

Leslie enjoys running, cooking, and enjoying newlywed life while residing in downtown Lexington. A

member of the Junior League of Lexington and involved in fundraising and volunteer efforts with several non-profit groups, Leslie strives to bring together a variety of local organizations to collaboratively build a strong, enriched, and robust Lexington community.

 


Jayne Jarvis
Co-Wellness Director

 

Jayne is the System Sourcing Strategist for KentuckyOne Health’s 21 locations  and Owner of Talent Bar Recruiting, LLC. She has 10 years of national and international recruiting and sourcing experience in a variety of industries. 

 

Jayne has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified Thomas International Personality Profile Analyst. She most recently served on the Board of Directors of BGSHRM from 2013-2015 as Co-Communications Director.

Jayne resides in Lexington with her daughter and 3 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and cheering on the CATS!   




Michael Gilbreath
Workforce Readiness Director


Michael is a subject matter expert in technical staffing and talent acquisition with a record of success in Fortune 500 and agency environments and is currently working with an industrial services provider to the automotive industry based in Lexington, KY.

 

With over 20 years of experience consulting with senior leadership to define and execute strategic workforce plans and coaching senior management, Michael’s expertise spans a career working with companies including McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, SAIC, BAE Systems, Deloitte & Touche, Conexant and Tesoro.


Michael holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A from the University of Phoenix.




Barbara Aker
Foundation Director

Barbara has over 20 years of Human Resource experience in finance, staffing, automotive and electronics manufacturing.   Her experience includes talent acquisition, employee relations, training/development and benefits administration.  She gained her experience at Kemper Financial Services, Manpower, NI Autowindow Systems and Creation Technologies. 

 

Barbara currently works for Kelly Services as the Senior District Manager.

Barbara is a film enthusiast and has a B.A. from Columbia College Chicago. She lives in the quaint town of Wilmore with her ballet loving daughter, music loving spouse, and her loyal (and slightly neurotic) dog.
