Legal Update: 2016 Year in Review/What to Expect in 2017.

We will discuss the major legal developments for employers in 2016. As laws and regulations continue to change, this meeting will provide you some legal insights into what you need to be aware of going into 2017 and we will also talk about potential issues that may develop this year.

The 2017 Employment Law Update will include information on wellness programs; legal issues and the transgender workforce; ADA and leave as a reasonable accommodation; severance agreements, and ADA website accessibility. The current status of the DOL’s overtime rule and other current and pending legislation will also be addressed. You will not want to miss it!
