The cost for membership is $50 per calendar year for members of national SHRM and $75 for non-members of National SHRM. In addition, you can also choose to pay for your meals for the meetings for the entire calendar year and avoid waiting in line to pay for meals. We now accept credit card payment on line for membership dues, renewals and pre-paid meals! Please keep in mind that membership runs for the calendar year, so depending on your join date you will be required to renew at the beginning of the year to keep your membership active.

Members In Transition – No Cost
- BGSHRM is here to help you and provides a ONE-TIME membership renewal or enrollment at no cost to active members who are unemployed.
Members in transition are responsible for any monthly chapter meeting they register to attend or other special events.

Transfer and Refund Policy
Can't make it? Would you like to transfer an upcoming registration from one event to another or can someone else from your office attend in your place? Substitutions are allowed; however, the non-member rate may apply. Requests for transfers must be made at least seven days in advance, as BGSHRM pays the venue based on the numbers of registered attendees. Please submit your request via email to email@example.com. No refunds or transfers of fees will be made after the date of the event.
Generally, all payments for membership dues and registration to BGSHRM events are non-refundable. However, if an event must be rescheduled (i.e. severe weather in which travel is prohibited or impractical) OR you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. family emergency), we will apply your payment to a future event which can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This request must be sent prior to or within 7 days of the event.
