It’s Impact on the Workplace and Best Practices to Handle It

Domestic Violence (known as “Intimate Partner Violence”) happens in your workforce. Are you aware of it? Which of your employees are experiencing it? Are you ready to deal with it when it happens? Standards are evolving for how employers should handle domestic violence situations – even when the violence occurs out of the workplace. This presentation will discuss the impact of domestic violence on the workplace, and provide you and your HR team with ideas as to how best to handle it. You may not be so lucky as to escape the impact of domestic violence on your workplace.
