As a Kentucky business, does your culture reduce stigma and empower your employees to have conversations surrounding mental health and substance use disorder?

Please join us for part 3 of a 3 part series! The Kentucky Chamber Workforce Center has created a To Disclose or Not to Disclose training session for business leadership teams. The training will assist in how to name, normalize, and navigate mental health and substance use disorder in the workplace. It will give leaders a baseline knowledge of tools they can use during difficult conversations and actions they can take to reduce stigma surrounding this topic.
