Audrey Deines, MBA, SHRM-CP

SHRM FOUNDATION DIRECTOR

Audrey Deines is a HRM professional with eight years of experience in all faucets of human resources, specializing in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and management support. 

Audrey is a powerful force in the workplace and is passionate about engaging, encouraging, and leading others to work hard and be successful. A Denver, CO native, Audrey is currently working at RATP Dev in Lexington, KY as a Human Resources Generalist and is always looking to grow her knowledge, skills, and abilities to advance HRM initiatives to meet organizational goals and objectives. 

 

Being an asset to the community is a core value to Audrey and both her professional work and volunteerism lean into bettering the human experience. While in Denver, she volunteered as the Secretary for the Denver's Road Home Committee, the city's principal homelessness agency, for three years and is currently serving on the HR Committee at The Nest, which prevents abuse and neglect by supporting families in crisis through education, counseling, and advocacy.

 

Audrey is inspired daily by her children and spouse. Audrey loves the outdoors, and is an avid hiker, camper, and fisherwoman. Her favorite place to escape to in Kentucky is the beautiful Cumberland Falls.
