    If you are an employer with over 15 employees, Gov. Matt Bevin signed new legislation into law this past Tuesday, April 9, 2019.  New regulation is effective immediately.

    Please take some time to review the legislation to ensure your policies / practices are aligned with these new standards.  Additionally, there are posting and communication requirements that must be completed within 30-days from April 9, 2019.
