Mental health awareness has reached an inflection point. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, 1 in 5 adults reported a mental health issue in 2016.
As a Kentucky business, does your culture reduce stigma and empower your employees to have conversations surrounding mental health? This is more than a public health topic; it is a workplace topic.
Please join us for part 2 of a 3 part series! The Kentucky Chamber Workforce Center has created a mental health session for employers. The training will assist in how to name, normalize, and navigate mental health in the workplace.
