Join us on June 9th as Leslie Jarvis, HR Director with the Forcht Group of Kentucky and BG-SHRM Board Member, has a “fireside chat” with Cynthia Effinger, Member with McBrayer, PLLC to get the answers to the questions we all want to know about complying with Kentucky’s Healthy at Work Minimum Requirements phased reopening plan and getting our employees back to work. This session will dive deeper into the return to work requirements and look at some of the issues that we may be faced with in this “new normal”. Some of the topics discussed will include Family and Medical Leave and reasonable accommodations post COVID-19; the fine print concerning health screenings and temperature checks; and discussion of whether all of this is a requirement or a mandate.

This session has been APPROVED for 1 hour of PDCs with SHRM and HRCI.

The day of the meeting (morning), you will receive an email containing information about joining the webinar. The webinar will be password protected for registered attendees only. Registered attendees will receive their PDC certificates electronically within a few days of the meeting concluding.
