Topic: Considerations when Returning Employees to the Workplace after COVID-19 Restrictions
This presentation will cover several legal topics related to bringing employees back into the workplace from remote work following COVID-19 restrictions. The presenters will present several different scenarios in which legal issues could arise during this period of transition, including: (1) back to work basics, (2) COVID-19 testing, quarantines and vaccinations, (3) the American Rescue Plan (ARPA) and its impact on employers, and (4) OSHA considerations and requirements.
Several problem areas will be addressed and solutions to those scenarios will be given. The presentation will be in “roleplay” format rather than a lecture.
