Are you running on empty? Have you depleted your energy investment account? Do the words burnout and languish resonate with you? Prior to the current pandemic, American employees were on the fast track to burnout (or had already landed there). In this now moment, after a year of navigating a pandemic, there is an epidemic on the rise - collective burnout.
During this 1.5-hour presentation, the factors impacting collective burnout will be examined and the four core areas needed to support boosting energy reserves to build balance will be covered. Participants will be provided a Personal Energy Audit to identify their current risk/state of burnout.
