Topic: Diversity & Inclusion - Virtual Roundtable Discussion
BGHSRM's Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee is pleased to host a special event to discuss D&I issues impacting chapter members in our local area. If you have been looking for an environment to discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, then you will not want to miss out on this opportunity. Participants in the roundtable discussion should anticipate the opportunity to discuss and gain awareness of various opportunities (AKA) challenges and successes companies have experienced implementing and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives within their organizations.
Topical areas of discussion for this meeting may include:
- How to start a D&I Initiative
- Championing Diversity
- Recruiting Diverse Talent of the Bluegrass
- Engaging in Uncomfortable D&I Conversations
- Leading our Leaders - Responding to D&I Crises
Breakout room moderators will be available to assist in leading the group discussions. A collection of best practices will then be shared back with attendees. Come prepared to engage in a fruitful and enlightening conversation.

This is a FREE event!! Help advance the SHRM Foundation’s DEI initiatives by providing a donation in lieu of meeting registration.
