Overview:

BGSHRM’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee is please to host a special member event to discuss D&I issues impacting chapter members in our local area. Participants in the roundtable discussion should anticipate the opportunity to discuss and gain awareness of various opportunities (AKA) challenges and successes member companies have experienced implementing and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives within their organizations.

Focus area for this roundtable discussion: 

• ·        Recruiting Diverse Talent to the Bluegrass

Moderators will be available to assist in leading the group discussion, however, come prepared to engage in a fruitful and enlightening conversation with your peers. A collection of best practices will then be shared back with attendees.
