Jason Hollon is a Member of McBrayer PLLC and his practice involves finding long-term solutions to complex problems. Jason advises employers on various issues from anything related to employment law, including equal employment opportunity, benefits, unemployment, and employment contracts and has successfully defended employers in cases with the Commission on Human Rights and the EEOC. Jason is a graduate of the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, serves as general counsel to Richmond Section 8 Housing Board, and was awarded the Kentucky Super Lawyer, Rising Start in 2020 - 2023 (General Litigation). Description: This session will provide employers with information related to proposed legislative changes in employment laws, and anticipated court decisions affecting the employment relationship.
Learning Objectives:
1. Learn what employers should expect from the Kentucky Legislature in 2025.
2. Help employers adjust to the changing laws.
3. Provide insight into proposed legislative changes in employment laws as well as anticipated court decisions affecting the employment relationship.
