Description: As mental health takes center stage in today’s workplace, employers must be prepared to meet the moment. According to data from the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI), millions of individuals in the US are affected by mental health conditions every year, and approximately one in 20 adults experience a serious mental illness each year. There is a growing understanding that mental health conditions can have just as significant of an effect as physical health conditions would and if the condition meets the standard of disability under the ADA, then it is covered by the law.

Join us for a powerful session designed to equip employers with the tools to support mental health in the workplace. Learn how to implement Mental Health First Aid, navigate accommodation requests, and address discrimination issues with confidence. This event offers practical guidance, legal insights, and strategies to create a healthier, more inclusive work environment.

Don’t miss this opportunity to prioritize mental health and build a workplace where everyone thrives
