The program will begin with an introduction of the topic, key data points, and the panel moderator, followed by a short keynote from moderator Mary Mason Boaz and introductions of the panelists. Participants will then engage in the Panel: Retention Best Practices & Lightning Round, followed by a Q&A session. The program will conclude with a review of concrete strategies (handouts for participants), a close, and encouragement to complete the survey.

Participants will learn what employees are truly looking for in today’s workplace and explore the connection between engagement, culture, leadership, and retention. The session will highlight practical strategies that improve retention beyond compensation alone while examining ways to create meaningful connection across different workforce types and industries. Attendees will leave with concrete actions HR leaders can implement immediately to strengthen engagement, enhance workplace culture, and improve retention outcomes.
