Kelly Webb is a passionate Benefit Advisor at Colonial Life with years of experience in healthcare and insurance, dedicated to helping employers find benefit solutions that truly make a difference for their employees. She specializes in developing customized voluntary benefit strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and financial protection. Kelly takes pride in building lasting relationships with businesses, brokers, and HR leaders while educating employees about the value of protecting themselves and their families. She serves as the 2026 President of the Bluegrass Society for Human Resource Management (BGSHRM) and the Co-Membership Director for the Central KY National Association of Benefit Professionals (CKY NABIP). She is also an Ambassador of Commerce Lexington. Kelly resides in Lexington with her husband and children and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes fitness training, kickboxing, Pilates, hiking, and spending time at the lake or beach.
