ANDREA CREECH SHRM-CP

Andrea Creech is a native of Findlay, Ohio and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Ohio University in 2009. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV), having served as a TEFL volunteer in Bulgaria

Andrea moved to Lexington in 2013 where she joined Central Bank & Trust Co. While she began in retail banking, she has held an HR role since 2015 and is currently the HR Benefits Manager. Andrea applies her expertise in psychology and knowledge from various HR roles to provide excellent internal service to the Bank's employees. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and an active member of National SHRM.

In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, hiking, traveling and staying abreast on evolving HR-related topics.
