Over the course of 25 years, he supported and guided the organization through significant growth and transitions, focusing on leadership and team development. David holds senior HR credentials (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and advanced Team Coaching credentials (PCC, ITCA). In 2020, he founded Tresane and developed the Tresane Model, a comprehensive framework designed to align values, enhance self-awareness, and drive team performance. A published author, David combines his extensive experience with the latest research to provide actionable insights for HR professionals and organizations.
