Caroline Snowden

PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR

Caroline is a native Lexingtonian, a self-proclaimed foodie, and a proud parent to her rescue dog Iris. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism. Caroline found her calling in staffing after working as an Industrial Recruiter at Aerotek. She has since joined the Lexington Vaco team as a Senior Business Development Associate in Vaco's staffing division. She joined BGSHRM in 2022 and served on the BGSHRM Foundation Event committee in 2024 before being elected to the 2025 BGSHRM Board as Public Relations Director.
