JANETTE HODGES, SHRM-CP

CERTIFICATIONS DIRECTOR

Janette is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Central Bank & Trust Co. where she leads recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking/Human Resource Management School.

Janette is a SHRM certified professional and has been a member of National SHRM for over five years.

She currently serves in this role for Bluegrass SHRM and has a passion for helping others achieve their goal of becoming SHRM-certified.

Prior to serving on the Bluegrass SHRM Board, she served as Secretary for the Kentucky Industry Liaison Group (KYILG) whose mission is to strengthen the vital relationship between the contract community and the Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

Beyond her professional achievements, Janette is an avid Swiftie and a proud mother who enjoys spending quality time with her family.
