SARA SOARD, M.S., M.A.Ed., SHRM-CP

CERTIFICATIONS DIRECTOR

Sara Soard is a talent acquisition consultant for Hanna Resource Group providing recruitment services to a variety of clients. Sara has thirteen years of experience in higher education at the University of Kentucky (UK) where she worked in the College of Agriculture, Food & Environment. Sara enjoys recruiting for different companies and learning about different industries.

Sara received her Master of Science in Human Resource Organizational Development from the University in Louisville. She also holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education from Western Kentucky University. Prior to that she received a Bachelor of Sciences in General Dietetics from Eastern Kentucky University. Sara has always enjoyed working with people and wanting them to achieve their best.

Sara is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a member of National SHRM. She holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from University of South Florida. 

In her free time Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, traveling, and a good book!
