Kelly Webb resides in Lexington with her husband Matt and four children. She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a BA in Public Relations. Kelly has served off and on the board for BGSHRM since 2012 as Best Places to Work and State Conference Director, President-Elect, President (2016), Past President and most recently Wellness Director. She loves serving her community and is involved with multiple organizations such as Women Leading Kentucky, Women in Manufacturing, Women's Business Center of Kentucky, National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals and is an ambassador with Commerce Lexington.

Kelly currently works with Heartland where she partners with local employers to provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs. She is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys Hiking, Pilates, Cycling, Kickboxing and Weight Training.
