AMANDA SIDWELL, SHRM-CP WELLNESS DIRECTOR ![]() Amanda Sidwell has always had a passion for people. From the early years in her career at Scott County Schools in education to her current role as a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Leader, she enjoys work in which she can find a deep meaning and passion. Amanda is currently at Bullard, the company that invented the hard hat. Bullard has a commitment to safety, and protects first responders and front-line workers. Amanda is focused on recruiting professional and skilled trade employees as well as working to improve overall employee and candidate experiences. She takes pride in helping others find the perfect role for them professionally and helping them to succeed both professionally and personally in all their goals. Amanda has 15 years of experience in HR generalist functions, recruiting and engagement focus, as well coordination of robust corporate wellness programs. Before her start in the HR world, Amanda earned a B.S. Degree in Human Services Management, became a SHRM-CP, and has previously worked in Federal Communications Compliance with a nationally broadcast radio network. Amanda is a life-long resident of Fayette/Scott County and is enthusiastic about serving people in the Central Kentucky community. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, spending time with her family, or moonlighting as a vocalist/performer in her locally active band, the Amanda Sidwell Band. |
