Tiffany is a native of Lexington, graduate of the University of Kentucky and currently employed by Murphy Leasing Co.  She has over 15 years of HR experience and has obtained both her PHR and SHRM-CP Certifications. Before settling into Human Resources, Tiffany worked in Accounting, Sales/Marketing, and Operations Management.

While at Avis Rent A Car, she served on the Avis Advertising and Policy Committee and Convention Site Selection Committee. She also served as an officer and board member of the Bluegrass Tourism and Marketing Association and Lexington Hotel Motel Association. She was a member of the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Committee to research funding for the Lextran public transit system.  She completed the Citizen’s Police Academy (created the CPA’s Officer of the Month program,) Citizen’s Fire Academy, and Citizen’s Government Academy.

In addition, Tiffany is a proud military spouse and ‘dog mom’ to her treeing walker coonhound.  She loves travel, cooking, gardening and is an avid sports fan, in particular UK and the Cincinnati Bengals.  Her bucket list items include traveling to all 50 states and seeing a game in every NFL stadium.
